Thermor offers the tanks with the most comprehensive functions, operating with multiple energies or on solar energy alone.

- An optimised solar heat exchanger in the lower section recovers the maximum amount of solar energy and provides the maximum protection against overheating.

- An optimised heat exchanger in the upper section for heating by gas, fuel oil or other fossil energies for the multiple energy systems. Its positioning gives maximum priority to solar energy and therefore to savings.

- An electric heater (optional) if the boiler supplying the upper exchanger shuts down.

- A single phase 2400 W ceramic heating element (see electric water heater or ceramic heating element) or immersed sheathed heating element depending on models.

- A control thermostat with a heat safety mechanism, all mounted on a fitted flange.
