Solar station
The solar station provides the intelligence and safety features of the solar pack. It is easy and rapid to set up as it is delivered pre-assembled and wired.
Characteristics
- Hot water temperature measurement to regulate the temperature and control the pump
- Coolant fluid temperature measurement, which is used to trigger the installation's protective mechanism if the system overheats (increase in the tank's temperature up to 85°C to protect the panel, night cooling for the tank at 65°C)
- Variable speed circulation pump
- Electronic control that can be used to set the initial operating settings, analyse data, specify information on the system's operation (energy recovery time, etc.)
- Safety relief valve
- Expansion vessel (enables the coolant fluid to dilate and prevents overpressure)
- Pressure check gauge
- Flowmeter to control the flow according to the number of solar sensors
- Thermostat mixing valve for the hot water output
- set to 50°C to prevent burns, from water that is too hot, by optimising the storage temperature
